Just off of Highway 113 near Euharlee, Georgia, stands Plant Bowen. Known by local children as "the cloud maker", it is a huge complex of chimneys and towers which are themselves dwarfed by the plumes of water vapor they produce. I find water in any form beautiful. As a seasonal extra for passersby, the surrounding fields are sown with sunflowers. This was painted on location one steamy summer day.
