This is my favorite long view of Spingdale Park from Virgilee Park along Ponce DeLeon Dr. in Atlanta. Painted Early August 2022 —started plein air and finished in my studio. I've painted here often and am attracted to the well kept center lawn surrounded by majestic oaks. This time of the year the flowers are in bloom too— featuring Georgia natives like Joe Pye weed.
