I can't seem to get enough of this Mission. It is known as the jewel of the string of missions that trail through Mexico and Californea due to the lavish gardens that surround it. One morning I arrived early to get the early light and was delighted with the light that streamed through the foliage and lit up this little scene. In a few minutes the whole area would be basking in the light, but for now, just this little bit forshadowed the coming day.
