Fat Matt's is right down the street from where I am staying and its neon lights have been an attraction since our first night here. My timing hasn't been perfect though. Late, very quick dinner there before rushing out across the street to capture the lights prior to closing time in 15 minutes. My husband Randy had asked if they might leave the lights on for me after closing and the answer was "no." Apparently if the lights were left on -- the customers would keep on coming. Fortunately, the main neon sign stayed on along with the street lamps. I spent the next morning adjusting it there during the daylight. Worked!
