I walked all over Old Fourth Ward Park seeking out my spot to paint ... and almost settled on many. This spot with all the sunshine on the mural and a few folks coming and going en route to the park -- won out. I set up in the squishy pile of leaves and mulch to get an elevated view -- and be out of the way.
