Painted this piece plein air in Piedmont Park. It was a rainy, cloud-filled afternoon. I chose this spot primarily because of the geese but also the hint of Atlanta in the background. At one point, it did rain pretty hard and it cracked me up ... as the geese and ducks decided then to leave the pond and go seek shelter.
