The inspiration for my abstract waterscapes comes from days spent fishing and boating in Savannah and southwest Florida. Broken buoys, winding creek systems and hammocks, small islands of high ground, are everywhere in both locations. Fun fact: There are 1,200 hammocks dotting the Georgia coast. They range from less than an acre to over 1,000 acres!
