Magnolias have always been my favorite and I look forward to the first blooms every spring! Magnolias were blooming when my husband and I had our first date and decorated every inch of our wedding the following year. He would often pick new blooms for me and I would watch them open the following days in my kitchen, drinking in their clean, lemony fragrance. As a result, their smell hold great memories.
