After scouting for locations throughout Georgia, I came back to a place I remembered from a year ago, the old mill at Vickery creek. The view greeted me with something better than I remembered: glowing morning light on the waterfall behind the familiar large boulders. This scene caused me to immediately get out my painting gear.
