watering Day
Oil on Wood Panel
6" x 6"
Such an architypal image of a girl in the garden, learning the skills to nuture the coming blooms. It is said that in order to grow up we need to develop a sense of delayed gratification, in other words, patience, and doing today what won't pay off untill much later. A garden is a great place to learn that virtue. Seeing this little girl in the neighborhood watering these to be planted flowers, learning to take care of them, was nice, but more than that it was a whole bunch of eye candy!
